Shipping & Returns


Shipping prices shown on listings are auto-calculated USPS rates based on the size and weight of the package, as well as the distance the package travels. 

We will ship to anywhere in the world however please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 'Home Decor Creations' is not responsible for delays due to customs.  Please contact us for shipping Internationally.

Refunds & Returns

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:


- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Please contact us first before returning your items.

When returning items please return them in their original condition and original packaging if possible. Items that have been used cannot be returned for a full refund. 

Product must be returned in new, resalable condition. If the return or exchange is not the result of our error, the following may apply:

  • A 20% restocking fee to all returned merchandise
  • If you have returned merchandise that had free shipping we will deduct the shipping charges incurred from your credit
  • Returned shipping costs of merchandise is at your own expense

We inspect all items shipping out for quality, however in the rare instance that you should receive a product that is defective or damaged in shipping, PLEASE contact us right away. We will provide you with instructions for returning and/or exchanging the item.

Undeliverable Address

Please be sure your delivery address is correct. If we receive a package back that was undeliverable, we will credit you back the full amount less the shipping charges you were charged. If the package is returned by USPS with postage due, this cost will be deducted from your refund.

If the address you provided us was wrong or you have since moved and the item was returned to us, we will gladly forward it to the correct address however you will be required to pay for shipping. 

Missing Items / Damaged Products

Customers need to verify the receipt of items at the time their order is received. Any items missing must be communicated within 5 days of receipt. Any damaged products or item shortages must be reported through the Contact Us page within 5 days of receipt.
